        Staff were incredible.

        My room was huge and complete with a really great view, modern design plus toiletries. The breakfast meal was amazing and perfect with authentic Turkish cuisine, tee plus coffee or tee.

        Had fabulous and gorgeous room usd 5962 with 2 single beds, a panaromic view, semi transparent glass. We had coffee and tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and glassware. The location of the hotel was magnificent and prime - just a short walk away from The Walk.

        I found the fitness center excellent. The views while working out were refreshing was nice. I appreciated the space and the equipment available. It was a good change from my usual routine back in New York. I like to keep fit, so a well-equipped gym matters to me.

        The pool area felt crowded at times.

        We had an very nice stay, especially enjoying the Rixy Kids Club. The beach was pristine and we loved the vibrant atmosphere. The staff was attentive, made a big difference.

        In my wife's opinion, the crowded facilities made it tough to unwind. A dedicated family's area by the pool would be great.

        I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views from the Premium Double Room overlooking the beach and Ain Dubai. The decor in the hotel is luxurious and cute.
